I guess I would be a little weirded out if she only wanted me to put on a condom just before I nutted. Then again, I don't think I have ever worn a condom during oral sex before.

If their evil plan wasn't in play, I would assume that she: (1) wanted to switch from oral to vaginal/anal AND (2) was more concerned about birth control than STI transmission
