Said he'd leave his wife and Mistress Mayhem...dang. That could be a sad and dark story arc. Especially knowing how things worked out. I love the NSFW and constant thwarting but it's nice to be reminded there are real consequences. It adds a lot of depth.

I'm actuality worried for Thea.. say she does get home to save her mother and people. What she's done absorbing unwilling people... that can't be good in her culture. Se might get home and still lose everything.

I have theorized for a couple of years that Thea was Cap's Mom. Notice that the haircut matches Ms Amazing from the old continuity, and that Thea has a nose and jaw shape that matches Cap far more closely than Commander Heroic does. Plus, in Thea's first appearance, when she's moving into her office at Evil Inc, she has a framed picture of Captain Heroic in her belongings.

The old continuity also had him have an affair. It was with a villainess named Blaze, I believe, and Commander Heroic initially disapproved of Cap's relationship with Miss Match because he feared that Miss Match might actually be his daughter and secretly be Cap's sister. Based on timeline, and comparing to pictures of what Commander Heroic looked like when Captain Heroic was younger, it seems as though at this point Miss Amazing hadn't become pregnant with Captain Heroic yet, so in this continuity it really doesn't seem to be much worse than "Guy wants to break up with one girl and commit to another."

Brad, what's your thoughts on the movie "Villians, Inc" that's currently running a Kickstarter campaign to promote itself? Just a case of "great minds think alike" when it's a movie about henchmen trying to take over the world while dealing with a society of supervillain bureaucracy?
