Snapped a few May Bell photos at my local park this week!

I've been wanting to work outdoor shoots back into my process lately. The ease of just snapping a few photos while I'm already in costume has gotten me into a bit of a rut where most of my photos are no wider than waist-up and are largely shot against backdrops or on a flat background. I've noticed that it's made my photosets a bit repetitive over time.

I also needed more May Bell photos for the encounter PDF I just released for $15 Patrons that centers on her! You can get that encounter here.

So cute my favorite is the one of May on the rock. It’s just looks so pixieish. 🥰

I have a bias as this is my favorite of the characters you've created, which is saying a lot as you consistently make engaging, well-thought-out, and intriguing characters, but this is my favorite photo shoot. You did a superb job with your facial positions and varied poses. The photographer made outstanding use of location and natural lighting. Any of these could make pins or set up pins. This high-level work makes me glad to be a supporter.

Beautiful photo's! She looks like a fun character. How did you make those awesome shoes?

The costume and framing in these are actually really effective at making you look small and pixie-like with (what looks like) no major editing - they look amazing!

Thank you so much! 🥰 the photographer was me, my trusty tripod, and a remote trigger, so it’s especially flattering to hear that it came off so well!

I covered some flats with green felt, which I hand painted! The toe is stuffed, like a plush toy. The tongue and heel have little strips of wire glued to them so I can shape them as needed.
