A charming set. I've often found the military aesthetic in anime art captivating, in part because the softness of the anime art style, with it's emphasis on voluptuous feminine forms and the softness of the lighting turns the edge of what is otherwise a harsh form of human expression, the expression of violence via hierarchy and institutional preparation for war. While many people criticise AI art for having a certain 'rubbery-ness' to its depictions of machines, I think that in this instance that's actually a contribution to the images as a whole. It creates a sense of slight otherworldliness, and suggests a sense of liminality with which the softness of the human form is transferred to the machines of war, making this voluptuous anime style of art itself ideal for this form of expression. It is very much so in this case, creating a set which suggests a likeness of approachability and softness between the military machine and the military woman, both are presumably created and trained respectively for violence, yet neither in this instance seems capable of it. This is especially signalled for me in those images such as #3, #6, #9 and #16 where hints of lace creep into the uniform of our subject, suggesting a femininity that is not constrained by her military bearing, but in synergy with it. None the less, I think it's image #20 that is the stand out one for me, with our main subject framed by phallic military mechanisms, which themselves are depicted in that all pervasive soft focus that comes with the backgrounds of AI imagery where mechanisms are concerned. It's a good set.

I put in the prompt for the character "being on a military base" So the general A.I in various scenarios, between machines, structures and even within the military base, the variations were cool.
