This movie is a peak MCU movie I love it so much and as a black man this movie is a beautiful and powerful representation of the black culture. RIP to Chadwick Boseman he was such a great actor and a great man 🤍🕊️ To answer one of your question, Killmonger was allowed to challenge T’Challa because it’s his blood right as the son of Prince N’Jobu. I love Killmonger he is such a dope character. He is driven by deep anger rooted in his tragic past. He grew up in poverty and violence in Oakland after his father was killed by T’Chaka for attempting to steal vibranium to help oppressed Black communities around the world. Killmonger believes that Wakanda, by isolating itself despite its advanced technology, has abandoned Black people to suffer under colonialism and racism. His goal is to overthrow this system by using Wakanda’s vibranium to arm oppressed communities and lead a global revolution through force and domination, convinced that violence is the only way to overthrow oppressors. Tragically, while his analysis of global injustice is correct, his method of using violence makes him a tyrant in the making. The fact that in his final moments he refuses to be healed saying that he’d rather die free than live in captivity, symbolizing the painful legacy of colonialism. Ironically, Killmonger’s rebellion forces T’Challa to reconsider Wakanda’s isolation, leading him to open Wakanda to the world and provide aid to oppressed communities proving that Killmonger’s message was legitimate, even though his method was doomed to fail. The next film is Infinity war and I can’t wait it’s gonna be amazing !
