I was lucky enough to see Pink Floyd on this tour and had a great time despite the fact the weather was poor, and my seats weren't the best. But I was a teenager, I hadn't been to many shows at that point, and it was freaking Pink Floyd; it was awesome. My friends and I stayed up all night so we could get in line early the next morning to score the best seats. Obviously, this was before everyone had the internet and you could just buy tickets online. We had done the same thing previously for a Rolling Stones concert (we always liked the older bands more than our contemporaries) and scored great seats, so it was a no-brainer to repeat the process. However, when we showed up to get in line the next morning, we discovered it was going to be a raffle type of situation so despite what time you got there, your choice of tickets would be randomly selected instead of the usual first-come/first-serve process. Needless to say, tired from staying up all night, we were less than enthused with this development. And, sure enough, our seats were terrible. But we got to see Pink Floyd, and if I'm not mistaken, it was the last tour the band did so I'm happy I saw them, bad seats and all.
