Season 1 was amazing... the hospital scene was identical to the game.

its funny cuz in the game- joel was a one man wrecking crew throughout, but in the show, they sometimes show people getting the jump on him like in kc and him only being able to handle a couple people at a time. so in the show, joel being a 1 man terminator taking on all of fireflies seems to come out of nowhere where as in the game, he was shown to be that proficient of a killer throughout.

i also think his decision was right. its doubtful they could completely cure cordyceos. they wouldnt be able to bring back the infected, best they cpuld do is create vacci e to keep new people from being infected, but communuties like jacksonville already protect people from ever getting bitten. You dont need to kill just to make a vaccine- and the present jnfected would still be a threat cuz they could still kill people even if they couldnt infect people. and how would they have even mass delivered this vaccine to the whole world anyway?
