I’m one of those people who just never had a plan at all. I never had goals either. I have this bizarre phobia called “Euphobia”. Which is the fear of hearing good news. Sounds odd. But let me explain: Everytime i hear good news, i always get anxiety that something bad will follow afterwards, kinda like when you jinx something by saying something good will happen. So i never plan and i never make goals either. I just do whatever seems good to do in the moment and work from there. If it works out, it works out. If it don’t, it don’t. I just accept the outcome either way. Because i feel like if i make plans and goals, i’m setting myself up for disappointment. Hope that’s not too much. Lol.

In the past, I always set myself up for disappointment, but this year I started trying to be more positive. Every time I expected something bad, something bad would always happen. Eventually, I began expecting good things instead, and I started to feel better. Bad things still happen sometimes, but I’ve learned to process them in a healthier way. Anyway, I’m always here if you want to talk, feel free to message me anytime ❤️❤️❤️

Yeah. I’ve always been told that a positive mindset will attract positive energy, which will result in positive outcomes a majority of the time. Pretty much with the actions of what you put out into the world is what will return back to you. With the euphobia, i just never thought negatively or positively about anything, i just let them be. That in turn has always let me be in a state of just being in the moment and not expect anything to be good or bad, but to just accept the outcome either way. But things that trigger my euphobia are things like: 1. Saying you got the job before going to the interview. 2. Saying you’re gonna win something before playing the match. 3. When cops tell the loved ones of a missing person that they will find their loved one or go even further and say they will find them alive. 4. When a healthcare professional ensures that the life a loved one to their family that they will save their life or their treatment will improve their health. 5. When someone says they will make it out of a life or death situation unharmed. Those are just a few examples to give idea of what i mean.
