We thought the first movie was amazing… but WOW, this one took everything to another level.Catching Fire was brutal, emotional, intense, and full of twists from beginning to end. The tension never stopped building, and now after everything that happened, it really feels like war is coming between the districts and the Capitol. 👀🔥

Also… TEAM PEETA FOREVER. ❤️We are way too emotionally attached to Peeta at this point, especially me, so if anything happens to him in the next movies we might actually be devastated 😭

One of our favorite parts was meeting all the previous victors and seeing how every character was introduced. The arena, the alliances, the politics, the secrets… everything felt bigger, darker, and more dangerous this time.

What an amazing sequel! Can't wait for your reaction to Mockingjay Part 1!! Y'all gonna love it. Can I just say how much I love how anti-Gale you ladies are lmao? I may sound harsh here, but screw that dude! #TeamPeeta + Katniss always Also, may the odds be in our faves' favor!!

Nick

Since you asked, our boy Peeta is very much alive.

Luis Garcia

They didn't take Peeta because he still had the tracker in his arm. Many of the tributes knew the plan, including Peeta. There's a reason Peeta pushed for Katniss to trust the other tributes. Peeta, Finnick, Johanna, Mags, Beetee, Wiress, Haymitch, and more were all in on the plan. Katniss was the only one they kept in the dark since President Snow's focus was going to be on Katniss at all times, before and during the game. If they gave away the plan before they could get Katniss out, Snow would likely have Katniss killed immediately. District 13 was completely destroyed, just like Gale said they did to District 12. Watching the next movies, I'm sure you'll enjoy at least some of it. Maybe watching the second Conjuring movie for Halloween? Although I don't blame Rachel, I don't really watch horror movies, so I understand.

SO HAPPY!!!!!!! 😭❤️ That's exactly what I wanted to hear! I was so worried about Peeta. Now I'm even more excited to watch the next one hahaha! 😅

Oh yeah, I don't know why, but I just couldn't sympathize with Gale's character. 😅 I've tried, but something about him never really clicked with me. Peeta & Katniss always! ❤️

Yeah, they really need to stop the Capitol before they destroy all the districts. 😭 And about The Conjuring 2... I'll try to convince Rachel to watch it with me on Halloween! 😂🎃 Sounds like a good idea, although I'm not sure she'll agree hahaha.
