BIG UPDATE PLS READ!!1! (Patreon)

Hey there, I'm Oz, you know, The Freak! and I've come to make some announcements! :D1.- Don't you get burn-out?People sometimes ask me, "How do you manage to get every request done in a week?" or "Don't you get overwhelmed having to draw the same kind of thing day in and day out?" Well, the answer is simple: yes, of course there are times when I’m not in the best mood while working on a request, and sometimes I have to put in extra hours to get the week's request finished on time :SThe thing is, I never really paid much attention to my workflow until the incident with my PC; that’s when I realized just how little free time I actually had for me and my own personal projects.I never said anything because I didn't want to sound like I was playing the victim or acting ungrateful, but the thing is that I spend practically the whole day at my PC working on the Requests to the point where I often don't have a single day off, it’s even common for me to still be drawing or adding finishing touches just an hour or two before posting the Request of that week; Inevitably, this leads to errors in the final drawing that I don't notice until after the request has been posted (you can actually see one of these slip-ups in Frame 1 of Natural Born Poets, by the way lol). I won't deny it, it’s pretty stressful having to constantly rush while simultaneously trying to make each request bigger and better but please don't get me wrong, no one has ever pressured me to finish a request faster or anything like that; in fact, you’ve all been incredibly kind and patient with me, even when I take longer than I’d like to share updates (thanks for being so understanding; I really appreciate it <3).The thing is, this worries me because I’ve already burned out once before, and I wouldn't want that to happen again, I really enjoy drawing ENF and working on your Requests :> but at the same time, though, I need to stop pushing myself so hard; after all, I’m the only one who is demanding to myself that these Requests get finished in record time, which also means I’m the only one who can stop to it and change things.So, I’ve decided to change the Request Polls Schedule a lil bit . Basically, we’ll continue with the Request Polls just as we have been until now, but after Three Consecutive Requests Polls (that means Three Weeks in a row), there won’t be a Request Poll the week after that. This will allow me to keep drawing your Requests without compromising on quality or quantity, and give me the time needed to make sure each Request turns out as well as possible but it also gives me a chance to take a break now and then, or, if I'm not working on any pending requests, it might free up time for me to focus on other projects I’d like to work on (I’ll talk more about that in the next point).I hope you understand, and I apologize for any inconvenience this change might cause ywy

2.- What "other Projects"?Some of the questions I occasionally get are: "What happened to the Streak Street comic?" and "Will you draw more long comics again?" To answer those questions:1.- unfortunately, the Streak Street comic had to be cancelled quite some time ago for several reasons, one of them was that I simply didn't have enough time to work on the Request Polls and a comic which was originally planned to have 30 pages simultaneously. In the end, the writer of the comic and I decided to cancel the project and go our separate ways. I apologize for never making an official announcement about this, but I felt I should mention it now for those who followed the comic. Sorry about this :<2.-To answer the other question: the truth is, I really did enjoy working on long comics, and it’s something I’d like to do again. As I mentioned before, a lack of time was the main reason I stopped working on those, but maybe that could change :0I previously mentioned wanting to change the schedule for Request Polls so I can rest or work on other projects I’m interested in. One of those projects is a drawing my own version of one of the very first ENF comics I ever saw owo

It’s based on a comic made by the user "upsidedownpumpkim", who apparently deleted all their accounts. I’ve always wanted to draw my own version of their comic because, honestly, I really like the original. So, if the new schedule works out, I’d love to work on this comic owoOf course, I’ve learned not to put too much pressure on myself, so I’ll work on it whenever I have the time and the desire to do so; because of that, I can't promise a specific update schedule, I’ll also be using a cel-shaded style in this comic if end up working on it (since it cel-shading takes less time to get done lol) and the comic is planned to be 3-page long and maybe a cover, so take in mind that this is something I’m doing mostly just for fun :3By the way, if this comic ends well I'm open to draw more comics, I have like 2 or 3 more ideas of some comics that are not too long but not too short either ewe3.- Don't you have a Discord server?

I've been planning to create a Discord server for a while now; unfortunately, something unexpected always came up (like the issue with my PC lol). But I've finally set up a small Discord server! For now, it'll be exclusive to Patreon members, and after a while, we'll decide whether or not to let more people in.The idea is that, besides hanging out and sharing ENF goodies 7w7 we can communicate more easily since I'm more active there ewe I'll leave the link on comments down below! :DLike I said, the server is new, so please let me know if you have any suggestions for it cx4.- What Rulez?I’ve realized that I haven’t updated the main post containing the rules for making requests, even though we’ve added, removed, and changed a few rules, oops! my bad iwiuWhile working on the new rules post, I remembered that you can add covers for the posts, so I decided to make it fun. One of the first things I want to do during my upcoming week off is create something similar to the cover I did of the SS for the Announcement Posts only this time, it’ll be for the rules post! :DHere’s my idea: two characters from TFOP will recreate that scene from the "Crime Wave" episode where Timmy runs through the city covering himself with a newspaper, except these two characters will be carrying Da Rules book instead lolI haven't decided which characters will star on the cover yet, so I’m leaving that up to you!I’ll make a separate post explaining the rules and details for this event; you’ll be able to suggest 2 characters, and then we’ll hold a poll so everyone can vote for their favorites and decide who will appear on the Rules Post cover! :DMore info on the link down below :>
