The Scottish Highlands were blanketed in snow, the storm outside fierce and unforgiving. Inside her stone-walled cottage, however, Merida had created a sanctuary of warmth and comfort. The hearth roared with life, its flames dancing shadows across the room, while soft blankets and glowing lanterns added to the cozy ambiance.

Merida stood by the fire, her fiery curls tumbling down her back, catching the golden glow. Her usual attire of tunics and riding cloaks had been traded for something far more daring tonight: a deep red satin corset with golden accents, paired with a matching lace skirt that fell daringly short. She’d adorned herself with thigh-high stockings and a fur-trimmed cloak, a festive nod to the season.

She wasn’t one for frivolity, but the solitude of winter had left her restless. Tonight, she wanted to feel bold, to embrace the fire within her that matched the storm outside.

As she adjusted her outfit in the large, ornate mirror near the fire, a sharp knock on the door echoed through the room. She froze, her emerald eyes narrowing slightly. Visitors were rare, especially in weather like this. Grabbing her fur-lined cloak and throwing it over her shoulders, she approached the door cautiously.

When she opened it, a man stood before her, his dark hair dusted with snow and his piercing blue eyes filled with a mix of relief and hesitation. He was tall, broad-shouldered, and dressed in weather-worn traveling gear.

“Lost your way, have ye?” Merida asked, her Scottish brogue carrying a teasing edge.

The man exhaled, his breath visible in the frosty air. “Aye, the storm caught me off guard. Your cottage was the only light I saw for miles.”

Merida stepped aside, her sharp gaze softening slightly. “Come in then, before ye freeze solid.”

He stepped inside, shaking off the snow as the warmth of the room enveloped him. His eyes swept over the cozy interior before landing on her. For a moment, he seemed at a loss for words, his gaze lingering on the bold outfit beneath her cloak.

“Not what I expected to find in the Highlands,” he said with a crooked smile.

“And what were ye expectin’?” she shot back, her tone playful but firm.

“Someone less… festive,” he replied, his smile widening.

Merida smirked, closing the door and turning to face him. “It’s Christmas Eve. I’d think even travelers would appreciate a bit o’ cheer.”

The man chuckled, shrugging off his coat. “Fair enough. I’m Liam, by the way.”

“Merida,” she said, motioning for him to sit by the fire. “Now, sit yourself down, and I’ll get ye somethin’ to warm ye up.”

She returned moments later with two mugs of spiced mead, handing one to Liam before settling into the armchair opposite him. As he sipped, his gaze drifted back to her, the firelight highlighting the soft curves of her figure and the mischievous glint in her eyes.

“Do ye always dress like this to sit by the fire?” he asked, his tone teasing.

Merida raised an eyebrow, a sly smile tugging at her lips. “Only on special occasions. Consider yerself lucky to witness it.”

Their banter flowed easily, the storm outside a distant concern as they exchanged stories. Merida found herself relaxing in his presence, her usual guarded nature giving way to curiosity. Liam was charming, with a wit that matched her own, and his deep voice seemed to fill the room like a melody.

As the night wore on, the tension between them shifted, becoming something more tangible. When Liam stood to add another log to the fire, Merida noticed the way his movements were both deliberate and unassuming, his confidence understated yet magnetic.

“Ye’re not bad company for a wanderer,” she said, leaning back in her chair, her fingers toying with the edge of her cloak.

“And ye’re not bad company for a Highland lass,” he replied, his eyes locking with hers.

The air between them grew thick, the flickering flames the only sound in the room. When Liam stepped closer, Merida didn’t move, her sharp green eyes holding his as if daring him to come closer.

“Ye’re bold, I’ll give ye that,” she murmured, her voice low.

“It takes boldness to match boldness,” he replied, his voice equally soft but resolute.

Before she could respond, his lips captured hers in a kiss that was as fierce as the storm outside. Merida responded in kind, her hands gripping his shirt as she pulled him closer. The fire roared beside them, its warmth paling in comparison to the heat that surged between them.

The night unfolded in a blur of passion and laughter, their connection as wild and untamed as the land around them. By the time the storm eased and the first rays of dawn broke through the frosted windows, Merida found herself lying beside Liam on the fur rug near the hearth, her head resting on his chest.

“Guess the storm wasn’t all bad,” she said, her voice drowsy but filled with satisfaction.

Liam chuckled, his hand brushing through her fiery curls. “No, I’d say it wasn’t bad at all.”

As the fire crackled low and the snow began to melt outside, Merida felt a sense of warmth and belonging she hadn’t expected. This Christmas, it seemed, had brought her more than just a storm—it had brought her someone who could match her fire.

Lobo.

This is ment as constructive criticism. A great model, but there is still a lot of physical deformities. Try go more for quality and not quantity, be better at filtering trough the material before relasing it. It probably sounds lke nitpicking, but a hand with six fingers sticks out like a werewolf in a henhouse :)
