guys grisha already had the attack titan, he got it from kruger before he even came to the walls remember when kruger saved him after dina and all his comrades got turned into titans. so when he got to the walls he already had the attack titan, what he didn't have was the founding titan yet. Thats why he hunted down the royal family inside the walls to steal it from frieda so he would have both the attack titan and the founding titan.

Grisha got the attack titan from the “owl” and once you get the attack titan you inherit memories of past,present, and future (glimpses). This even that you watched actually happened, eren being in his dad’s memories are also memories alone. Which is how eren effected the past( when grisha ate the family) and also when he was speaking to zeke when grisha was at his desk, he could see the memory of eren and zeke looking into his memories.

Grisha saw erens future (aka him traveling with Zeke) with the attack titans power which is why he can basically see what Eren sees. When Grisha looks over his shoulder at Eren it’s because he can see HISSELF from erens eyes, it’s trippy😂😂

There's also many reasons why Grisha still ended up giving Eren the attack titan powers despite wanting Zeke to stop him. 1) His 13th year was about to expire so he would die and the attack titan would appear to someone else. 2) Eren deliberately only showed Grisha images that would compell him to act. So when he learned of Carla's death, he lost his mind and wanted revenge. 3) Fate. He believed that the future he saw was unchangeable considering the attack titan sees the future and it happens no matter what, he felt like he had to.

I didn’t like the time situation/how I thought it was done at 1st but weeks later i realized he can see zeke because he’s seeing him through Erens eyes, who’s standing behind him (because his titan can see the future so it’s seeing erens future memories… which Eren was “presently” in that memory) so it’s almost like an amalgamation/loophole of their present, past, and future all because it’s visiting memories Although I think the animators messed up by having the physical contact between them show up

A lot of times when things are getting really good and crucial information is getting revealed you guys pause the show and let your minds run in the opposite direction. Remember the attack titan and founding titan are different members of the 9, the owl gave grisha the attack titan, and grisha used that power to take the founding titans power so when passing the power to Eren he gave him 2 titans

26:08 I know this is late but the reason Grisha goes from telling Zeke to stop Eren to giving Eren the Titan powers is because he hadn't yet learnt of Carla's death. After young Eren tells him he perhaps impulsively out of grief changes his mind and goes through will supporting Eren
