Hallo everynyan!! HAPPY CHERRY CRUSH FRIDAY AGAINNNN YAYYYY! The long hiatus is overrrr...!! Which mean im back to microwaving everybody again ^w^

The story needs to progress.. of course, there's a littttle Thorne in this episode but not much, but it's the first time i've shown Thorne's internal monologue and yes i promise it'll pay off.. when shit hits the fan i promise you'll know all about Thorne soon, the thorne chapters will be really long though cause he's been the kind of character that was hidden in plain sight and so far from what i've shown u guys he's not much of a threat at all, but you'll learn soon enough where his apathy for Colie comes from and why he's so loyal to Chohan above everyone else. Writing stories where characters have a lot of lore behind them has always been a challenge to me bc how much backstory do i wanna show that doesn't halt the progression of the current timeline? i can't just trap people in a flashback episode and then expect them to still be excited when the story pick back up, half the time ppl already forgot what happened 2 episodes ago so who am i kidding..😭😭😭

Obviouslyyyy Cherie and Crush's vibes are healing and coping and they're joking around and being chibis again but bc it's cherry crush nothing good lasts forever </3 When i first started out writing this season i knew they were gonna have a terrible fight BUT they would not break up over it, they always work it out bc theyre cherie crush obviously.. however the cracks in their bond would still be visible, Crush's arc this season was always about gaining more agency and be less dependent on Cherie and that include reconciling his violent urges without Cherie.. i wanted to show his development when he's confronted with danger again and what a more proactive Crush would look like under this type of situation, two seasons ago he would've fled or hid but since our Crush has matured a lot, he's more confrontational and less repressed, and that would ultimately create a rift between him and Cherie, whom is relieved that he's honest, but also quite concerned that he's too honest..

Anyways, i could yap forever about character dynamics of my own comic but i dont wanna bore u guys or accidentally spoil things 😭😭 a lot of exciting things will happen soon and i just cant wait to show you all. i hope you guys liked this episode and again im really really really grateful that you guys let me have a month break to heal my shoulder so i could finish this series to the best of my abilities.. you guys are the reason why i still draw and paint and do comics and you brought just as much joy to me as an artist as my comics did to you guys as readers.. i'm really really thankful..!
