im vietnamese so i definitely gave all my OCs vietnamese traits ( for a lot of webtoon policies i have to make up a country and a place for cherry crush settings so i dont get sued or copyrighted eifjowskw) there r some ocs that are explicitly vietnamese with vietnamese names (like Nho) but a lot of them are also from other nationalities.. pls dont readtoo much into it .. i only made my ocs for fun 🥲 i dont want to get into trouble with anybody 🥲🥲🥲 think of it like pokemon world where u cant rly tell which nationalities the characters are but there are towns with people from all over the world.. that what the world is like for cherry crush. this is somewhat kind of confusing but i made this new world based on my life experiences in america and vietnam so it had elements of both countries in it.. (like the school system and the university entrance system is based on vietnam, their martial art style is Vovinam but the socio-economy is based on america and my experience as an immigrant) i hope it explains where I'm coming from. TLDR: if cherry crush characters exists in OUR universe then yes, most of them would be Vietnamese, or people from other countries living in Vietnam, intersectionality is a thing! also pfp is fine with credit but pls dont repost them 😭😭😭😭 again pls take this with a grain of salt, i just want to draw my comic and have fun.. i dont want any trouble with Webtoon or anything 😭😭😭

OH GOD I HAVE SOOOO MANY but my all time favorite is probably JOY by Etsuko.. its a sweet love story with loveable characters and the romance is paced just right, its super fluffy and I reccomend it to everyone I know ☺️☺️❤️❤️ I think i draw inspo from their story telling style where it looks more home-made and less polished, but it adds to the charm..!!
