No inside the shoe trauma, maybe I'm part of the lucky crowd... or🤔 my brain just has it locked with multiple chains, sealed away in a steel box, and dug 6 feet in an unknown space in my meaty brain🤷‍♀️ buuuut I am sick atm so maybe my brain has no energy to remember 😵‍💫

Growing up my mom would always tell me to check my shoes before I put them on cause a spider might be inside them. Now me as an adult still remembering mom saying this and the scene in Arachnophobia, but I was in hurry to meet a Grindr date, slide my shoe on and felt something. Pulled my foot out really fast and a wolf spider was on my foot. I'm sure my scream rivaled that of Sally in Texas Chainsaw.

Not in my shoe.. but when I was a teenager I had left my bathrobe on the floor. Picked it up in the morning and put it on, went downstairs and a large spider (we have wolf spiders) crawled up my neck and onto my face ☠️☠️ Instinctively I grabbed it and threw it across the room lolol I stopped leaving clothes on the floor after that
