easily one of the best episodes of heartstopper out of all 3 seasons, everything about it was unbelievable!! ❤️

nice

BEST EPISODE EVER!! Kit and Joe’s acting is absolutely incredible. Kit’s facial expressions and crying moments are truly epic. No acting whatsoever…Kit literally brought Nick’s concern and love for Charlie to life.

lunasera

Geoff does seem great in this, but it's tough that actor also played the horrible headmaster torturing mutant kids in Deadpool 2 😅

Lavender Violet

Kit Connor 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Morgan Wagner

I was in tears by the end of this episode I’m glad I’m not the only one

Sylvia Cushman

Thought it was funny that his aunt Diane is Peggy Carter and he went to Halloween as Captain America

Jayden Joshua

Just wait for the later episodes as you find about why mum is like that like Charlie’s mum she still a bitch from other season and early episodes of season 3 but you get to understand why and for that I can’t blame her

The thing I love about this show is that they show real life problems that people go through in such a realistic way. I had a pretty bad struggle with anorexia as a teenager and went through every bit of this. Being tired and sleepy all the time, the agitation, the passing out and especially the pulling away from family and friends because you just can’t deal with everyone watching you and waiting for an explanation. It’s just so much more than not eating as I’ve seen it portrayed in other shows. For 2 years of my life I did pretty much nothing other than school, sleep and what felt like never ending appointments to therapists and dietitians. Anorexia really is such an all encompassing disease. Not to share my whole life history or write a book, I just think it’s so important for the reality and the seriousness of the situation to be shown. All media should take a page from the Heartstopper book and show the true effects a disease, sickness, mental disorder etc can have on the person suffering and the their loved ones.

Yes, Heartstopper captures everything so well without actually going into too much detail and while setting an example for friends and families on how to best help (e.g. Nick asking Charlie if he wants to go somewhere quiet to eat in the first episodes).

Noemi Sarah

His auntie, his mum, his boyfriend are all in Marvel shows so of course Nick is a Marvel fan.

A lot of memories and tears for me; had to take a break after watching this episode for the first time.

And now I have to watch Petty Pumpkins take on Donnie Darko. Maybe they can explain it to me. 😁
