The Yellowjackets are celebrating Thanksgiving a little early this year and we're so thankful we had a seat at their table! This show is keeping us fed, but somehow we're hungry for more! Be sure to grab a plate, episode 6 is so good you'll even be wanting leftovers. 🍽️

Best episode of the 20s so far like Jesus like when I saw the hikers I said yall in danger

Jayden Joshua

Also not the wilderness telling Lottie to scream well sing because if they didn’t the hikers wouldn’t have probs heard them like the wilderness is petty and just wants people to die and these girls are it’s way of getting what it wants like think about it teenage girls mentally unstable the wildness is like oh this gonna be easy to fuck with them and this girls are eating everything it throws at them literally

KL

Please! I just realized watching this with you guys. The recording is from the hikers. The woman says “what is this” & Lottie is screaming “No” when Shauna cuts it off. Plus the recorder is around the guys neck. They are so dead, at least 1 of them. Maybe Hillary is the other hiker? This is why I watch nothing! No interviews or “this week on” I was gobsmacked! My favorite episode for sure!

Rosie G

"This motel is brutal" 🤣 Officially only watching YJ with you two from now on.

Not Shauna stopped by the “forest boutique” 💀💀😭😭 she is workin that jacket though

Jazz Rivers

33:33 yea that audio damn good quality, maybe they just wanted to make sure we (the audience) caught it. Hmm…

Jazz Rivers

OMFG If they clap these rescuers… 💀💀💀💀

yes I never watch trailers either for this reason! And I am wondering if the hikers were specifically bird watchers which is what made Van connect the dots about what could be on the tape Shuana received. The question in my mind now is who kept the tape... prob the last survivor but you never know if other Tai has had that hidden away all this time! I am also believing that their treatment of Ben is their bridge to humanity. Even if Nat had just killed Ben when the hikers stumbled upon them, I believe things would have been okay because she did it for humane reasons which would have kept the group tied to their humanity. However, Lottie putting Shauna in charge and Shauna then making Nat serve up coach and the rest of the group going along with it, to me, was them cutting ties with their humanity. Which is why when the bird watchers stumble upon them, they are going to act rashly to cover up their loss of humanity, even if it prevents their rescue. Overall, loved this episode!!

Yet the hotel still has Valet. That part made no sense LOL At first I thought they were al the hotel Nat and Jeff's friend stayed at.

Aaron J

The hiker would be much older than Hilary Swank. But wait did we see her? She could have been a teen?

KL

Yes! Lol! I looked back & she is older & looks different. I just got excited! Maybe Hillary is their family member or just a survivor. Either way I think the hikers/birders are so screwed! How horrifying to just come upon that!! Lol

Robin Beatch

Watching this made me wish I was wearing a hoodie so I could cocoon 😱 Chey was prepared!

Libs

Misty def called dibs on Ben’s high calorie butt meat

Emily Carmen

Uhm..........Was that NO that was yelled on the tape LOTTIE when SHE screams NO.?! At the end of the episode.?! Edit Whoops my bad I just scrolled and saw someone else did say this

Gloria Hernon

Steven Krueger was exceptional, so good! Extremely sad that Ben is gone now....but clearly Nat didn't cut him up. And who the hell are those people?? I knew dark Tai was here all along.

Stephanie Ella

Damn.. I wish they’d just left Ben alone. 😞

me pleading with them to start bathing coach regularly because he would feel much better & maybe want to live because i know how i feel after a much needed shower 🥹🥹🥹💀💀💀i just didn't want to accept it - been a ben is alive truther since day one. DEVASTATED. anyone remember adult tai in season one says she's vegetarian 😏 and now she's just endlessly eating all types of meat???i think other tai is holding tai back what's up with Vans phone call? cancer hallucination? wilderness? walter trickery (like with kevyn tan) convinced the woman bird watcher/hiker is pit girl. i always thought pit girl was adult timeline (misleading editing showing both timelines) because pit girl seems confused (our girls should know their surroundings) & underdressed but now i think it's this woman. the new promo adult shauna mentions going to meet some woman & i believe we will finally get hilary swank on the show!! i can't wait. but where is joel mchale???

Petty Pumpkins

seeing a lot of theories that Hilary is their daughter who is investigating and that feels likely!! or she is adult Melissa who has held onto these tapes all this time for some reason. either way we are in for a wild ride and we're ready to see her EAT! (pun intended hehe)

KL

Yes! It has to be something along those lines! No matter what I am so excited & ready for the next feast! Lmao! 💜 you guys!!

Akilah's vision was technically correct because killing Ben and doing their lil scream dance DID lead them to attract civilized people and get the chance to return home. The tape seems to be a recording of these "birdwatchers" that end up discovering the group (which is what struck Van's memory about the tape). We hear a female voice wondering what's going on, then we hear the girls hooting and hollering, then we seem to hear Lottie screaming "NO!" I originally thought Hilary Swank would be playing adult Melissa this whole season, but now I'm thinking she might be one of the hikers/birdwatchers or related to them. Especially because it was made clear that the only people who would know about the tape are accounted for or dead.

First: a moment of silence for Coach Ben. He will be deeply missed 🥺 Lottie saying Shauna will lead them now was so aggravating…like, yes. Let’s conflate young Shauna’s head & sense of superiority even more. That’s perfect. I’m sorry but still so annoyed by young Shauna. I am honestly shocked she settled back into civilization as well as she did because adult Shauna seems to be like a normal person at least, aside from carrying all their baggage from the wilderness, she’s relatively normal I’d say, so it’s like…how did that happen? Because to be frank, at this point, young Shauna seems too far gone, I hope they will show us how they reintegrated back into society after being rescued. Also - that ending!!! Who are those guys?!? Surely it’s not how they get rescued because I thought things were supposed to get even worse before they get rescued. So if those guys aren’t there to rescue them maybe they are stranded too? I have no idea….maybe they have a recorder of some kind and maybe THAT is how they recorded that DAT tape!! Maybe that was in fact recorded while they were still in the wilderness….that OR it happened after they were rescued. I am so anxious to find out who those guys were at the end and what happens from here!

Is it too soon to say Ben Appetit? 😜 Seriously, he will be missed. That scene with Misty saying goodbye to him made me cry. I think every episode has had at least one scene that has broke me down. I love it, though.

I imagined that place smelling of stale cigarettes.
