I have been yearning for Autumn so bad lately and the vibes of this movie makes me wish it would arrive even faster! Normally I can keep my excitement under control until mid-August, but the cravings came early this year! The intro of this movie gives October-y vibes, LOVE IT. September - Late November = my absolute favorite time of year! I am so ready for the Fall smells, the colorful leaves, the rainy, chilly, days, spooky season, Autumn flavored coffees, Fall fashion, cozy fireside moments with a hot tea/apple cider/hot cocoa and a good book... MMM! Cannot WAIT!

I'm so glad you were able to watch this movie! I had seen a random preview for it and was watching for it to upload somewhere. I didn't actually know it was a Norweigan movie when I had started it, this movie is a CRAZY ride, can't wait to see your reaction to it! 🙂

Update after finishing this moive - literally almost threw up at the end there. Yikes, this movie really wanted to make viewers as uncomfortable a possible lol mission accomplished! 😅 Literally me the entire movie: 😣😧😱😩🤢🫢

As absolutely and profoundly disgusting and disturbing as this movie was, at the end of the day it was ultimately just so very sad. In no small part because we live in a society where a lot of people do insane and unhealthy things to achieve a "beauty" standard that is unrealistic and unachievable for 99% of humans. Lastly, Wes, I agree. Alma is the realist real one to ever real and she deserves the world!

Omg I don’t think I’ve ever seen Wes have to get up and walk off 😭😂😂 I feel that though. Mama is evil fr 😩

One of my students I taught all through their Fashion Degree from a very prestigious fashion program And I ended up learning an incredible amount about the industry and how incredibly hard it is The degree is extremely difficult and overwhelmingly hands on and required a broad knowledge of the historical aspects of different fashion and eras of fashion and even specific types of clothing choicesvand cloths and fabrics and materials and even patters The incredible history of fashion is absolutely mind boggling and I feel like most people have absolutely no idea the amount of intensive work and time and intellectual intelligence it takes to design even a dress or a pair of pants I am so grateful to my students Each and every student I have worked with are incredibly talented and so kind and just brilliant brilliant kids I learned and I continue to learn so much as an educator for students with different disabilities It is this and my own disabilities that push me to not give up on my own studies because I hope to be a strong voice and advocate for the disability and chronic illness community Anyways so as I was saying I have been so lucky to be able to have such an opportunity to read sovmuch in different subjects because I would help explain the material and read along with students to help the student to understand their lesson material And with other students I was called in to help with students that were advanced in their learning abilities but struggled in social aspects And as a result I have such a broad and interesting and such an incredibly complex knowledge of so many different topics and subject matter I never ever would have picked to learn on my own I am so glad I have had these opportunities It makes my love of film all the more interesting to incorporate my knowledge of fashion and even of lighting and history and sciences and even space programs The level of intelligence so many of my students have on their focused areas of interest is astounding I learned a great deal of Physics with a student that was taking college level quantum physics at just twelve years old An incredible kid and I often wonder where this student and so many others have gone with their studies and brilliance And I worry a great deal about how the world will and has been treating these incredibly kind and brilliant kids It seriously keeps me up at night sometimes. And sometimes I receive an email or a phone call or even a hand written letter from students I taught even a decade ago and the student is now thriving and is writing me or calling me to thank me for believing in their future when no one else did It is something I seriously treasure and I hope anyone that reads this knows it is never ever too late to be a supportive and a positive impact on someone and to help change a life by simply being there for someone when others are not The stories of some of these situations were so heartbreaking and to hear that call or to read their words and to know how happy they are and how much their world has become a brighter place is so incredible ANYWAYS Sorry this is coming across so ramdom random When yall started to talk about wishing to understand fashion it reminded me of an incredibly talented student and how much I even learned about fashion while helping the student with their disabilities throughout their studies It seriously is an incredible world The fashion world is a very rich and incredible history :-)

Nothing could have prepared me for that last scene. I didn’t think I could get more disturbed by this than the Human Centipede…but here we are 🥲🥲

If you want more Swedish content and wanna see cute boys fall in love, watch Young Royals!! Love that show. Also the stable boy from this movie plays an extremely central and hateable character in YR!
