Excited to watch black phone 2, it was so good in theaters ❤️

Violet

OOOh I'm about to watch this! I skipped the sequel because I wanted to watch it with you both!

Jayden Joshua

Ooooh the phone is ringing and it’s time to pick up but be careful who picks up cause not everything is at it seems…. God this movie for me is actually a decent sequel and I stand with Chu who says if he likes a movie it’s automatically 10/10 and to me cause I felt that with this movie so I’m giving it that haha

Chrissy

I haven’t seen this yet! Settling in. The content you’re putting out and how quickly, I’ve really needed the distraction, from me to you, thanks for helping this girl out ❤️

Jayden Joshua

Omg also I didn’t even know robin actor was same as Ernie like crazy you got that chey I had to google to make sure you were right hahah

Jay (ง'̀-'́)ง

Am I the only one who is kinda getting a Sinister Vibe when it switched to that grainy look?? It kinda look similar to the tapes

Dakota Hill

Devil's lettuce was a common term for it back in the day haha. According to stories I've heard.

Dakota Hill

His mask changing to the frown when she blew him out the phone booth was great.

Dakota Hill

Scott Derrickson has used those cameras on almost everything he's done since Sinister and I'm not mad. He's obsessed with it and I kind of am too.

A Cup of Cait

The last phone call had me BAWLING in the theater! Lol i love these kids. They act their asses off

A Cup of Cait

Yeah I think it's part of Scott Derrickson's style. The Black Phone short in VHS 85 does it too. I love it

Dark Harvest

This is what insidious 2 did for the original. They should of stopped it at 2 and maybe this one too.

Ray J. Evernham

Please hand Mason & Madeleine their Oscar's now😭👏🏻 The only disappointing thing about this sequel is that Barb the B***h didn't bite it😂 I don't understand the mixed reviews either...I mean we're all entitled to our opinions but some people be cuckoo bananas....

Robin Beatch

I loved this way more than I expected to!! So thrilling!

Chrissy

I loved this movie. Above and beyond a great sequel. I don’t get any hate for it. The score was great. I didn’t find the first one scary, but this one yes. The “Robin says hi” 😭😭😭

Lavender Violet

I am actually shocked at how good this movie was. I really enjoyed the first one, but was skeptical about a sequel. Turns out- I liked this one even more. I liked that it wasn't just a retread of the first one. It had a wholly unique perspective. PS-Did you guys recognize the dad from Hannibal? He played the always famous Peter-as in "Peter, is your social worker in that horse?" 😂

Joshua Scott

I loved this movie so much. I don't know why anyone would not like this movie. Unless they wanted Barb to die. This movie was so intense and creepy. The Grabber has earned a spot with the other Boogeymen.

Kellye Yates

I also am watching this late at night and shedding a tear at 1 AM lol. What a fantastic sequel that was. So glad I got to watch it with you guys!

roseforthethorns

I saw this opening night, and my friend and I were legit clutching each other for 90% of the film in anxiety and terror. I laughed. I cried (twice). I screamed at least once. Finn and his arc, the way the film examines and explores trauma and PTSD and addiction and unhealthy vs healthy coping mechanisms and siblings and friends and holy fuck I really liked it. This movie got me to finally watch the original Nightmare on Elm Street.

roseforthethorns

I clocked him instantly! That entire episode is so memorable too.

roseforthethorns

Bawled at the discussions about Robin. Like that tipped me into tears each time.

roseforthethorns

At 6:15. The point about blood for the crowd. I just clocked that it’s the same thing Robin told him in the first one.

Jeremy Montanez

Enjoyable. I love Gwen, I was a big fan of her in the first one. Was not a fan of Finn in either films but I think this was a better film for the fact it wasn't really about Finn this time. Not enough Ethan Hawk but still a better film.

Petty Pumpkins

we did recognize him!! and we were kicking ourselves after when we realized we didn't mention him coming up soon in our Hannibal reactions 😩

Tara M. Wilcoxon

I was on edge watching this movie, and was suspicious of every male character (plus the lady who was overly critical).

Tara M. Wilcoxon

That’s Jeremy Davies, I love that guy! He was also on Justified.

Chrissy

It’s completely eerie and I love it

Dawn Price

I knew as soon as I saw the year that was their Mom.
