Yesss, Love me some Hannibal. It's such an amazing film 😄❤️

Violet

Yes!!! I'm SOOOOOO ready for this!!!

Robin Beatch

Hannibal knows his way around boob tape!

Violet

Have y'all seen the Prequel, Red Dragon?

Violet

"Nobody beats the Riz." and "Seemed like a good idea at the time...." are such good lines!! They show Mason's sense of humor, so subtly but so perfectly! Speaking of Mason's, can we talk about what an INCREDIBLE actor Gary Oldman is?!!!

Offred84

The books is worse from what I've read. Red Dragon is awesome!!!!

Violet

I loved the books!

Violet

Omg, that's SO EXCITING!! It has Edward Norton and Ralph Fiennes!! It's really good and definitely more....scary than this one.

Daniel Turbyfill

The book ending is vastly different. You get some glimpses of it in the TV series with other characters. In the book you also get Margo’s story and more about Barney. Also more about both Clairise’s and Hannibal’s backstories.

Violet

Is Margo in the show?! I was always bummed they cut her from the movie.

Corpius

julianne moore is amazing

Violet

I ABSOLUTELY recommend the book!! It's very different but you get a MUCH better look at WHO Hannibal really is. His childhood, his family, his BRILLIANCE, his exquisite sense of taste, and his relationship with Clarice are all explored in such wonderful detail!! Also, I didn't really mind Hannibal saving her at the end because she saved him first! A different reactor I saw watch this movie and he referred to Hannibal as a "top shelf hoe" because of his immaculate taste and that tickles me every time I think about it! Lol

Violet

I really hope we don't have to wait till the end of next month for Red Dragon! Putting aside the fact that it's one of my favorite movies I am just so excited for how you two are going to feel about Ralph Fiennes's character!! He looks really good! I feel like it might be the best reaction of the 3 and I CAN'T WAIT!

Stephanie Ella

I only ever watched Red Dragon at the movie theater and I remember my ex being thoroughly disgusted by it.. 🤣

Stephanie Ella

This is right up there with Copycat in my DVD collection.

Daniel Turbyfill

She is though her characterization is quite different from the book.

fkajackiebrown

i prefer Red Dragon to Hannibal, but this is still a good watch.

Steven Jump

Jody Foster didn't like what happens to Clarice in the book and original script. They change it and she then still refuses to come back. I thought that was crappy on her part. I think Julianne Moore did a great job as does Sir Anthony Hopkins. Would love for him to reprise the role one more time. Red Dragon is good and Hannibal Rising let's you know how Hannibal became what he was.

The Movie Buff

Yeah in the books Clarice and Hannibal become a couple and she eats Paul’s brain as well. Barney saw the two of the, one day and was shocked

Jeremy Montanez

I prefer this film over silence of the lambs because this film was about lector and it's just a different film. This is a horror film and I get sick and tired of hearing silence of the lambs as a horror film because it's not it's a psychological thriller. As good as Jodie Foster was I prefer Julian Moore so once again we are disagreeing with each other lol but that's okay I really like the romanticism of the film because it showed letters love for this woman which I think he had in the first one is just it was never expressed but all in all great reaction very funny a little dramatic at times but all in all the great reaction it's good to see you guys again.

Lavender Violet

I haven't seen this movie since watching the TV show. So the entire time I was watching this reaction I just kept comparing the two and picking out lines and pieces of music that were the same. 🤪
