police usually don't clean up crime scenes ever, they just take evidence and leave the mess behind. most of the time its left to the family's or property owners to take care of it which is so disgusting and wrong imo

Yep. I have a friend who had someone killed in her parents home (long story) and the family had to clean up after the fact. It's actually so horrific.

I read I think 2 books in the series and I believe it veered off so much from the series that I stopped reading them.. same thing happened with the Dexter series.

So basically what happened was after Sookie took the valium she had a stress induced hallucination of being choked, kind of like a day-mare instead of a nightmare (also there is speculation she was reading the thoughts of the killer who might have been close by) and because Bill can feel Sookie's emotions he sensed her fear and thought she was actually being attacked. That's basically what happened.

Love the show but the books are sooo good I don’t want to spoil anything but if you watch the show first then get into the books it feels like books are fan service and I do not mind it at alllll ! With that in mind I only got to book 5

Unfortunately, they followed the books and Gran died early on. I like that they honor the book's timeline here but hated to lose an actress of Lois Smith's caliber so soon.😢

I know I'm late to this, but the pecan pie was a prop pie made from sugar free butterscotch pudding & raw pecan halves with an uncooked pie shell around the edge. It was made to be lower in calories for Anna Paquin & for easy reset for multiple takes of the scene.
