Episode 3 of Fellow Travelers is a hit straight to the heart, giving the phrase "cruising for a bruising" a whole new meaning. Things get rough for Hawk and Tim as their romantic getaway is overshadowed by Hawk's ulterior motives.

Great reaction. I was reading up on the Lavender Scare the other day and it wasn't until 1975 that civilian homosexuals could work at US government agencies. For the military, it wasn't until 2010 when all the anti gay rules were repealed or changed.

Old Hawk looks like he might have a couple of lesions on his forehead.. 😕

Nadia (Livvycat)

The FDA still today prohibits gay men from donating blood unless they have been celibate for at least 12 months. Federal laws lag way behind & everyone is the worse for it.

Blake

Hawk looks like a mix of Don Draper from Madmen and Henry Cavill!
