Agreed. Now if only the rest of the movie could have held up as well.

Stephanie Ella

I watched this in the theater with my ex-husband, who doesn’t even like horror movies.. 😳🍿

Eric A

I saw this in the theater and was shook!

Jeff Cabrera

Omg I remember watching this when it came out on DVD with my older cousins and I packed it in after the opening, I was so gagged 🫢 It was so inventive and the imagery iconic. Yes, I eventually watched the rest of the movie, which is fine imo lol The opening really is the anchor though (pun intended 🤭)

Tara M. Wilcoxon

I love this movie. One of my brothers recommended it years ago. Thankfully Epps didn’t have to share the floating trunk with DiCaprio.

Robin Beatch

I'm in a hotel room (working at a con) watching this while getting ready for a party tonight. Y'all are messing up my makeup at the "mags" scene 🤣 I'm so sore-y for laughing but it was too good - no more canned beans for you eh?

ang

petition for triangle to be the next ship movie

Tracy

Didn't notice till I watched this movie for a second time the guys carrying the gold onto the ship at the end of the movie were the guys on her crew who died

jen

I've been putting off rewatching this movie for years because my memory sucks and I didnt remember it being good but boy was I wrong 😂 this movie is WILD. It wasn't the best but it was so fun to watch!

Dorothy Knosby

This movie takes me all the way back to Blockbuster days

Anytime you see gold in a dubious place, think a trap and let it be lol.

Joe Lancaster

I was sure I had seen this one before but I didn't remember anything. I had a really good time watching it with you guys.

truly one of the most gag-worthy openings we've ever seen. and the imagery is so stunning! regardless of how mid the actual movie is all of the technical aspects are really good

Juan Romero Hernández

Finally on Patreon with you guys! When I heard you had this as Patreon exclusive I was gagged and had to join you on this one. So much childhood memories with this movie. Although, fun fact; was not the script they sold to the cast and they received the new one once they arrived on set in Australia. Mama, they got the cast gagged and ms. Juliana (Epps) was so pisssssssssed. I live.

Blake

I had to do a double take but thats Butcher!! Noice.

Chrissy

This is a super under appreciated movie
