Here are some quest ideas to get you started:

1. As the adventurers navigate the poisonous jungle, they stumble upon a tribe of natives who worship a deadly serpent deity, and they must uncover the truth behind the tribe's dark rituals before becoming sacrifices themselves.
2. Deep within the heart of the toxic jungle lies a hidden temple where a deranged alchemist conducts horrific experiments, unleashing mutated creatures upon the land, and the party must stop the madness before it spreads beyond the jungle's borders.
3. A deadly plant known as the "Veil of Madness" has begun to spread throughout the jungle, causing hallucinations and violent behavior in those who come into contact with it, and the adventurers must find a way to destroy the source before succumbing to its effects themselves.
4. Rumors abound of a mysterious fog that rolls through the jungle at night, leaving behind petrified corpses in its wake, and the party must brave the deadly mist to uncover its origin and put an end to the terror it brings.
