Black Dragon Lair [Free] (Patreon)

What’s D&D without a little insanity? We’re crafting a tome of over 100 madness-themed options—feats, afflictions, items, and more—for 5e players who aren’t afraid to crack.

This supplement blends eerie Lovecraftian horror with the dark elegance of Victorian settings. Time to let your party spiral beautifully out of control.
