A. Make sure to mention in the YT vid that this is the extended (SE) version. Doesn't matter as much but for people following along here it might also be useful to know. B. Not watching the others imho is a mistake. This series is pretty versatile with a lot of lore. It is true some of the movies in the middle didn't pan out but still. C. There is this story, or it could just be an urban legend, that the actor who played Burke went to the premiere with his mother. And when the Alien killed him the whole audience was clapping, including his mother.

Good point. Added in the title. I'm sure we'll get to them eventually. Mainly because I want to know more lore about this universe and also I want to get to Romulus as everyone raved about it. 🤣Poor guy.

Its a good action movie but I'm a bigger fan of Alien. Just for the unrelenting tension. Sigourney Weaver does make a great action heroine and I can never get enough of the late Bill Paxton. I do have a fantasy alternate ending where Burke is impregnated by an alien embryo and brought back to Earth by Ripley as a 'gift' for the board who demoted her.
