2025 Fashion Designer's APT 702 || Download || (Patreon)

Hello everyone! As always, I want to thank for your continued support. It means a lot!. It's a pleasure for me to show you the new creation. I have a lot of CC that is very Bratz-style or that kind of animated tv shows, and I thought, why not create an apartment for my Patreon girls, (of course anyone can play the build), but I said, it's perfect to create "something fashionable" for a girl to share with her friends. And behold the new creation. It was fun to decorate and as always, hope you guys like it!

If you have any problems with CC, please ask me in the private chat. I'll be happy to help!

Here the Installation apartment's tutorial step by step. In this type of apartment the stairs are always removed when the build is first installed. But once you place the stairs, you can play without any problem.

It is worth noting that editing the build won't remove the stairs either, only when first installed.
