2025 Modern Studio Apartment 701 || DOWNLOAD || (Patreon)

Hello everyone! First and as always, I want to thank for your continued support. It really means a lot!. It's a pleasure for me to show you the very new creation!!

This luxury apartment features an open plan living room and modern kitchen, an en-suite bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom, a walk-in closet and a laundry room. Whether you're playing guitar or meditating, you'll enjoy the privacy of this apartment with its views.

If you have any problems with CC, please ask me in the private chat. I'll be happy to help!

Here the Installation apartment's tutorial step by step. In this type of apartment the stairs are always removed when the build is first installed. But once you place the stairs, you can play without any problem.

It is worth noting that editing the build won't remove the stairs either, only when first installed.
