Hey guys! It's finally here!! It makes me very happy to finally be able to present the very new creation to you!. I've been quite busy, but I've spent all my free time to bring you this new apartment with its own Café business. Thanks to the new ''The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack'', I bring you a Parisian-style architecture Café that has several activities such as reading, eating, drinking coffee, playing chess and drinking bar drinks.

Not only that, I've also created a Parisian-style duplex apartment, featuring 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, study, painting and laundry room, and a cozy terrace. I've taken advantage of some of the building's windows for advertising, creating an illusion that it contains more businesses as decoration. I love this Parisian architecture, and I really enjoy building like this and decorating with this color palette.

The size of the build is 40x30, you can place it wherever you like, but my plan, as you can see in the pics, is to create the Parisian neighborhood in Newcrest with an Eiffel Tower, which I will try to upload this week as a complement, (empty inside), but that I will decorate over time as different businesses, and some will also include an apartment.
