Hey guys!! It's a pleasure to me to show you the latest build on Parisian Avenue! As you can see, I changed my mind and decided to keep this color palette for the final facade of the building. Inspired by the traditional Triadou Haussmann exterior design in Paris, and the elegant French interior design, I wanted for this building to feel like a hotel but with the warmth of a home.

The luxury cocktail bar business contains many activities such as: drink bar dinks, watch tv, play pub games (pool, dartboard, game tables), performance space, or simply enjoy music with family or friends. Plus, you can enjoy the Parisian atmosphere while you write a book, play on your laptop, or play board games outdoors.

The apartment contains: living room, dining room, kitchen, study, and three bedrooms, (the master one has its own walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom), decorated in luxurious and classic French interior design.

It was so much fun to build and decorate this entire Parisian avenue. I gave it my all. I really like this style of homes and businesses, and I hope I've conveyed the inspiration that is Paris itself.
