Located in Ravenwood 50x50

This time I built a functional gothic-style academy dedicated entirely to occult sims. I decided to use black and purple as the main colors, which gives me vibes of magic and mysticism.

The Academy section consists of two classrooms: one fully decorated and inspired by alchemy, and another focused on gemology and crystals, where you will mainly teach classes such as: Vampire Lore, Gardening, Apothecary, Medium class, Herbalism, Gemology, and Thanatology; The golden item is the ''Sharing is caring Hobby Whiteboard'' from Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack, which will allow you to run classes to teach skills to Sims.

I decided to keep only two classrooms because I wanted to focus on the residential area and make it feel like a boarding school, where students live on campus.

The castle contains five rooms, each designed and decorated for occult Sims. The master suite is for the academy owner, with a private bathroom. The second room would be shared by a wizard and a vampire. The third, by a fairy and a mermaid. The fourth, by an alien and a ghost. And the fifth and final room, by a werewolf and a witch. Each occult Sim has their own space and bed, decorated and themed according to their theme.

It also features spaces suitable for activities such as gardening, apothecary , flower arrangements, an espresso bar, a medium table, pottery, a debate podium, candle making, tarot, board games, and an indoor pool.

As a residence, the castle contains a kitchen with a chef's station, a dining room, a living room, a library, a laundry room, a service room, and eight bathrooms (some with showers), distributed throughout the castle.

Honestly, I would have liked to add more; I feel like there wasn't enough space, but the location of the lot is perfect for a downtown academy in Ravenwood.

I will record a video tour for more details. As always, hope you like it! :)
