2025 Halloween Special Lakeside Modern Mansion || DOWNLOAD || (Patreon)

Hey guys! My first Halloween special is here! I decided to bring you a second version of the Lakeside Modern Mansion decorated in Halloween style. I replaced some plants, pool style and items to make the theme more like an autumn and very spooky aesthetic. This version is smaller in GB, so if you've downloaded them both, you just need to replace the CC files and only the new items will be added to your files.

Lakeside Modern Mansion 1st Version

This 50x50 family home located in Willow Creek, features: 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designed for parents and two teenagers. It also includes a large living room with a bar area, a spacious kitchen, cozy hangout areas, a laundry room, a study, an outdoor pool, BBQ area, basketball court and more!

In case you see any purple items (which aren't damaged or corrupted), you just need to download these links: (X) (X) (X) (X) (X) (X) (X) this only applies to Felixandre & Harrie's CC. If you already have these links or items downloaded, just replace them and you're done.

You can also use the Sims 4 Mod Manager to manage your CC so you don't get duplicates.

The video tour for more details will be available soon on my YT channel. Once again thank you so much for all your support, and I hope you like it!
