2025 Silverwood Modern Mansion || DOWNLOAD || (Patreon)

Hey guys! I'm thrilled to show you my new creation!

I want to introduce you to the two versions of the Silverwood Modern Mansion, which features: 5 bedrooms, one of which is a 4-bed suite perfect for hosting a family of guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, plus an additional guest bathroom. It also features a main living room, wine cellar, kitchen, 2 dining rooms, pool room, a study and a very cozy patio with a grill, jacuzzi outdoor pool, and children's play area.

For the Christmas version, I decided to add ornaments, replacing existing decorations with Christmas decorations. To avoid overloading it with CC, I decided to replace some counters with closed ones.

This house took me a while, but I'm very happy with the final result. I didn't want to simply fill it with Christmas decorations; I wanted to give it a style that people would like and that wouldn't look overdone.

You can also use the Sims 4 Mod Manager to manage your CC so you don't get duplicates.

Here's the link explaining how the lights work in the house trims.

The video tour for more details will be available soon on my YT channel. Thank you so much for all your support, and I hope you like it!
