WIP (Patreon)

Hey guys! Hope you're all having a great day. Just wanted to share a little preview of the residential, resort-style waterfront home that's coming soon. I'm still tweaking on every detail, but I'm excited about how it's turning out.

At first I didn't realize that swimming pools couldn't be placed on these beach lots, which made things really interesting, but of course, I found a way without using any mods and I've loved the final result so far.

I'm hoping to have it finished very soon. Stay tunned for the full reveal!
