Hey guys!

To be honest, I originally wanted this yacht to be a complete surprise post, especially since it’s my first time creating something like this. At one point, I honestly almost gave up on the project because I wasn’t sure if I should continue it, especially knowing how much you guys love the mansion builds.

It also took me quite a while to figure out the right shape and proportions so it could actually feel like a real superyacht. 🌊☀️

I know many of you might already use my Sulani builds as vacation homes in your games, even though they were all originally designed as residential coastal homes, so the idea of creating an actual vacation rental felt a little risky to me. Since my latest 6 builds have all been larger residential lots from 50x40 to 64x64, I started feeling like it was the perfect time to create something different, especially on a smaller lot size. I also know that larger builds can have an impact on mods folder sizes and overall game performance as well.

This yacht-inspired vacation rental ended up becoming a really fun creative challenge for me, and I’m honestly so excited to finish it properly.

I almost have this work in progress finished. However, there’s an update coming on May 12, and as many of you know, game updates can sometimes break mods or even cause issues with builds. Because of that, I want to properly test everything before publishing it.
