Hey everyone! Welcome to my newest build, where the skyline isn't just the view—it's part of the design. 🌃🏢✨

One of my main goals with this project was to completely redesign the residence to take full advantage of one of the best locations in San Myshuno. Instead of simply furnishing the original layout, I wanted to create a home where every room feels connected to the city, making the skyline part of the experience from almost every corner of the penthouse.

To enhance the realism of the building, I decided to use mirrored windows throughout the exterior, recreating the look of the contemporary glass towers that define Manhattan's skyline. It was a small design choice that completely transformed the building's overall appearance.

Arriving by the private elevator, the upper entertainment level welcomes you into a grand foyer designed for both entertaining and relaxation. From the concert piano to the pool table, stylish bar, and inviting lounge, every detail was planned to encourage gathering and conversation. Stepping outside, the spacious balcony extends the experience with a BBQ area and comfortable seating, creating the perfect setting to unwind above the city.

The top floor is dedicated to the private living quarters, offering three luxurious bedrooms, including a stunning primary suite complete with its own walk-in closet, spa-inspired bathroom, and panoramic views of the San Myshuno skyline. Two additional guest suites offer elegant accommodations, each designed to match the residence's sophisticated style.

The lower living level is dedicated to everyday living, bringing together the family room, kitchen, and dining area in a warm open-concept layout, all overlooking the stunning skyline. The level also features a private wellness room overlooking the city and a cozy whiskey library—the perfect retreat for reading, enjoying a quiet drink, or ending the day in a more intimate setting.

The Hudson Tower Penthouse marks another chapter in the Manhattan Collection, continuing the exploration of modern luxury residences inspired by life above the skyline. 🌃

I highly recommend downloading Sims 4 Mod Manager, which helps you manage your Mods folder. If it shows duplicated items, don’t delete everything at once—go through them one by one and remove only the duplicates. This way, you can keep your game running smoothly without overloading your folder. Sims4Manager

I've added the missing mod to the CC folder that enables the spiral staircase to function properly. If you didn't have it before and the staircase wasn't working, just download the updated CC folder.
