Hey guys, I’m excited to bring another piece to my coastal collection! 🌴

Since my latest builds have been all about urban living, city lights, skylines and the fast pace of everyday life, I decided to create a space to pause and reconnect with the coast, bringing you a more calm, intimate, and peaceful place to enjoy coastal living surrounded by panoramic views of the sea. 🌊

Welcome to Casa Sandstone — a Mediterranean luxury villa designed as a simple coastal home for two, or just one.

For the design, I was inspired by warm modern Mediterranean and organic interiors, with a focus on creating a warm, natural, and relaxed atmosphere.

Built into a natural rock formation by the sea, Casa Sandstone was designed to blend in with its surroundings, making the landscape and ocean feel like part of the home.

The villa features one bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a formal living room, a cozy massage area, and a discreet laundry closet. There’s also an entertainment space with a pool table, bar, and additional living area, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the sea and an ever-changing view of the coastline. And just beyond the home, dolphins can often be seen jumping through the water. 🐬

Outside, the home extends naturally into its surroundings with an al fresco dining area and BBQ, multiple outdoor lounges, a jacuzzi, and an infinity pool extending into the ocean, the perfect setting for long afternoons outdoors, simply enjoying the surroundings.

Casa Sandstone was designed as a smaller, more intimate piece of my coastal collection, a private little paradise surrounded by the sea, set on its own private beach and created for those looking for a truly personal escape.

Your own private beach awaits. 🏖️🐬☀️

I want to thank you for your immense and continued support, I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. It means so much to me and allows me to keep creating these builds for you to enjoy.

I highly recommend downloading Sims 4 Mod Manager, which helps you manage your Mods folder. If it shows duplicated items, don’t delete everything at once—go through them one by one and remove only the duplicates. This way, you can keep your game running smoothly without overloading your folder. Sims4Manager

I hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed creating it. 🖤

Enjoy!
