Our first ever character Q&A response is here! It comes from Sophie/Cookie who asks: Gotta ask the most important question: Were you a Nintendo kid or a Sega kid growing up?

Remember you can submit your own questions to our CuriousCat or Google Form.

TRANSCRIPT:

Sylvia, Gavin, Felicia, Julie, and Margaret standing around at the bookstore. Sylvia: I mean, I played Sega games on my DS, so both I guess? Gavin: Yeah, I was too young to get a Dreamcast and that would've been the last chance. Felicia: I didn't have a console until the PS2. Julie: Man, you think my parents let me have video games? Margaret: Sega.

Everyone turns to glare at Margaret.

Margaret: They kept making the Sega Mega Drive way past 2000 in Brazil. That's what my dad brought with him so we played a bunch of Columns and International Superstar Soccer  and Show do Milhão when I was a kid.

Margaret grins and looks away in embarrassment as Julie says: You know you belong in a museum, right?

My grandpa had a Sega Genesis which I played every time I went over to visit. But my first system was a Gameboy Color so... Both I guess. God I feel old now.

It's okay Margaret. I'll go to the museum with you and we can play Mega Bomberman together.

Family had a PC with quite a few games long before any consoles, though by the time I did have a console it was the PS1, a year after the PS2 came out
