Last weekend I was in California for Lightbox Expo, the big industry show for animation and art. I had gone the previous year as well and both times it's been a huge inspiration! Just walking around seeing hundreds of people drawing and sketching all the time is such a positive vibe. Also love seeing all the fashion and clothing styles people have out there. Out of all the panels I went to the best ones for me were about overcoming burnout; I've been having issues with that and finding inspiration lately so that really got my mood up. This year has been very rough for me mentally and it's taken a huge toll on my workload and productivity, but I know what I need to work on and hoping this experience is what I need to kick back into gear and focus on doing what I love. I'm looking forward to putting these thoughts and inspirations to use going forward!
