No need to be so self-conscious when your partner has the same kind of traits. Beth has never been fond of her demon side, something that I do wish I had more time to develop before this, but this will be a good opportunity for her to be shown how attractive being different can be sometimes.

In other news, saw Laika's new film Wildwood, holy crap everyone please go give this movie money! It's been so long since I've seen their other movies to really say which I like best, but this one is definitely their most ambitious and well-crafted! It's amazing how fluid the motions are and sometimes I really had to remind myself that it was stop-motion and not cg. Laika is one of those few studios making films for the sake of bringing ideas to life, not just stuff that'll make money, and it's so refreshing to see. Absolutely gorgeous film, high recommend!
