None of the extra content (contests, sketches, contributors' pictures) are making it in to keep printing costs down... unless you want them to! The average quotation I'm getting from the printers is $21 USD/book (YIKES!), and I want to sell for less than $30, so actually the margins are pretty slim :O Each extra page adds about $0.25 USD to the cost.
