finally had a brain explosion (Patreon)

ARGH, thank you g-d, thank you g-d, thank you!!!
Yes that's right it happened, although there was an aha moment and click, to give myself some credit, I had been crafting themes for a few weeks. HOWEVER, I'm not totally in the clear, I need a funny and interesting script, I need to finish my costume, I need to make a miniature moth sculpture....I might also have to learn a new language to sing a folk song in farsi...we'll see!
Here was my brain explosion: Some species of moths don't have mouth parts, this means they only have 1-2 weeks to live after they leave the cocoon. These two weeks are filled with mating and laying eggs before they die. The end. That's what inspired me! I want to make an amateur scientist character who operates on a moth girl to give her mouth and stomach parts so she can live forever (very Frankenstein or Golem) but she hates what they've done to her. I can't tell you more because my brain is still collecting the pieces from the explosion.
Anyways, I found this EXTREMELY dramatic old Persian song. I think I might be able to work the themes of the song to build narrative. Here's the song, Listen to it while you read the lyrics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61XUjd0vDYw&ab_channel=ParsVideo
Love Autumn
Autumn became the garden of encounter
Separation set fire to my soul, once more
My life went by, seeking you my flower
And I saw but deceit and uncaring, from you
I, faithful to you until my blood ran dry
But what could come of love and loyalty for you?
You, like the plague to love’s crop
Like the newest bloom in the garden of the heartless
With your heart of steel- oh
My heart is bloodied from sorrow
This is the thread of my fate
I, drunk on sorrow’s wine
I, enamoured with the enemy
As long as I am (or forever)
(This is a translation of the first half of the song by Pardiss Amerian )
