Tier Rewards Ideas? (Patreon)

So thinking about the patreon, what are some ideas for tier rewards? I dont want to lock anyone out of anything like exclusive early access to videos are whatever else, but one idea I had was custom catbolls? they're pretty neat and I can make them fairly fast, but again, ideas are welcome and it'll help me think of ways to thank the patrons.

Maybe voting on which thing to see next? IE: "What class should I do next on 'Crap Guide to D&D'"?

One thing I see a pile of creators do is allow patreons to partake in your creative process, brainstorm/creative session kinda thing? Could end up taking some of the weight off you shoulders? The catbolls is also a cute idea. Discord name colors like your Twitch shieldbearers. Could make the major donors a character drawing? Just throwing out whatever comes to mind xD

I was thinking maybe a quick sketch of something, depending on the height of the tier, like first is catbolls, second tier is something slightly more complicated, and so on and so forth, but not getting too complicated, as we dont want you being over loaded with basically commissions.

yeah that's what I had in mind for the catbolls, like early tiers is just an expression and a color, next tier is an accessory, next tier is an additional one etc.

Oh man I would be interested in a catboll. I am not sure what exactly they are though. You could also do like custom small, just basic sketches every so often.

I've seen other artist creators do stickers. Seems like a relatively low effort thing that folks appreciate.

With even all things in mind why not just start out with the catbolls, and if you want to do more later you can just update everyone in the changing tiers.

Catbolls seems like a solid starting choice. Beyond that... depends how things progress. End of the day, you’re looking to take a break and decrease your work load not increase it. Ha ha. I think it’s fair to say most of us here are just happy to support a creator we like.

I would be completly happy with showing us your process or stuff that you also want to teach people like ... ehm how to made sth XD ... idk if you had idea to teach pewps XD

The catbolls are adorable, but I agree with James - you don't have to increase your workload for this, school is important and we support you because you're cool as is. Someone on youtube had the idea of making videos accessible here before they go onto YT, which I think would be alright - everyone gets the content, but patrons get pretty much a little cherry on top. But I can also see that throwing off your work schedule or making you feel like you have less time to finish something because it's gotta go up here early, so idk, up to you. I'd be happy just knowing that I'm helping you do what you like, maybe some of this can go towards making that HIJEK D&D game happen.

I support any tier idea that lets the patron learn how to get those sweet sweet chainsaw shotgun laser earrings. With cupholder. ...Or perhaps just sharing some sketches or outtakes or some such.

Catbolls is an adorable idea! ...And since you said it, i also want my very own sweet sweet chainsaw shotgun laser earrings with cupholders. I know another youtuber did Q/A with just patron supporters if you prefer going that route? If you feel like you need to do something but also dont want to take too much time and effort, it could be a reasonable compromise.

I'm just gonna post some stuff that I read from the YouTube comments, and a few things I'd like to see: Blooper/Outtake Reel Priority in Q&A videos (Ex: Answer "good" questions from Patrons first) Patreon only Commissions (Less work than fully opening Commissions) Monthly Raffles (Idk what you'd raffle, but creates incentives for Patrons to stay long term) Polls (This would be a way to get a feel for what the community wants/how they feel about things, and at the end you don't have to do what wins on the poll as you are the person who has the final say on the content you create) Acknowledgement (We all wanna be noticed by our senpai) Early Access to content (Whether it be progress updates or whatever, regardless we enjoy viewing your content and will probably watch it here and when it comes out on YouTube) Discussions (People will want to talk to you about literally anything) Wallpapers/Screensavers (I guarantee that people have already screenshoted your artwork to do so)

Idea, post the music you use for intro/outro to crap guide to dnd, its great might be able to use it as ringtone it or something
