I worked on the climate and atmosphere of each area to create a more alive, realistic city. - Enhanced traffic flow - Expanded and redirected traffic patterns throughout the entire city with more movement and activity for a truly vibrant urban experience, plus a large selection of vehicles from GTA Online made available in single player. - Realistic street signage everywhere Over 300 custom traffic signs designed from scratch and placed exactly where they should be, plus every traffic light now shows the actual street names for that authentic Los Angeles feel. - Skid Row completely rebuilt - This area got the biggest makeover with thousands of new elements to create that gritty, authentic atmosphere it has in real LA. - Winston Street marketplace chaos - Turned this commercial strip into the chaotic, disorganized shopping experience it was meant to be. - Rodeo Drive refined - Made it look more like the real thing while keeping everything you need for the original missions. - Completely redesigned loading screens, updating the original graphic style but maintaining the same spirit. Copy the update folder inside your mods folder. If you dont have one create it and paste inside. 3. Go to Update folder inide your root directory and copy update.rpf. Paste it inside folder mods/update 4. Open Codewalker and go to: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data 5. Open dlclist.xml and add the line: dlcpacks:/v4evermod/ Save and close. 6. In Codewalker go to mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/cdimages/scaleform-frontend.rpf Drop inside all files from LoadingScreens folder. Thats it.
