LESSS GOOOOO🔥

It was indeed Toshiro at the end with the quote

Askin DID adapt to Urahara's spiritual pressure, but he can still be damaged by physical attacks (like from a sword, punch, grimmjow's claws, etc.). Yoruichi was still able to damage him with punches and kicks at the end of last cour even after he became immune to her spiritual pressure. To be fair to Askin, it took Urahara, Yoruichi, Yushiro, Grimmjow, and Nel to bring him down. There's even a pretty strong argument that Urahara HAD to bring Grimmjow in for the assist because he wouldn't be able do it 1v1. Urahara can keep reconstructing his body to stave off the effects of the poison, but he's going to run out of spiritual pressure eventually and succumb if he can't damage Askin physically enough.

I agree, Uraharas Bankai is strong and fits him very well (puppetmaster behind the curtain) but its certainly not OP. He still suffered very much from the constant poisoning and even lost the ability to move freely at the end. He knew to focus on dodging and opening the posion prison for grimmjow to enter because he couldnt bring up enough strenght to oneshot Askin (what is the only thing able to kill him). He just negate dammage taken as much as possible and hoped for a direct strike from grimmjow - what ultimately worked. Still powerscalingwise this Askin is way stronger than Urahara.

Great reaction! There’s a good possibility the Uryu’s fight is probably taking place before Ichigo confronts Yhwach, that would be the only logical sense
