the eyes on the yhwach cloak are not the almighty. They are part of the soul king powers. The almighty indeed returned to yhwach just after uryu forcibly removed it from hashwalth after activating his ability to switch the glove onto hashwalths hand. This Uryu move is crucial for the continuation of the series. U guys are completly right.

Yachiru being Kenny's zanpakuto spirit was hinted at several times throughout the story: the Ichigo vs Kenpachi fight, the Kenny vs Nnoitora fight, Kenpachi's flashback with Yachiru and Isane noticing that Yachiru's Shikai is not normal compared to other Soul Reapers. Kenpachi's Bankai is so epic but also so emotional for me because of what it represents, given the relationship between Yachiru and Kenpachi. That means Kenny will be more lonely now that two of the most important people in his life are gone, which is quite sad ngl. Yachiru's eyes reflect the zanpakuto Kenpachi always had before his awakening. That is such a cool detail. It is also established by now through several scenes that attaining Bankai is not enough, as you also need to master it. Also, she disappeared the moment Kenpachi unleashed his Shikai against Gremmy, as she saw that moment. The mechanics behind Kenny and Yachiru are influenced by the conceptualisation of his ideals and identity. Yachiru tried to connect with him, but he could not hear her. Kenny also "regressed" after his fight with Unohana the first time, which did not help his case. As for her persona since then, it is down to what Kenpachi did. He gave her the name Yachiru and imprinted an essence into her psyche, as names have power in them, just like Ichibei said. With Toshiro, Shawlong assumed that his Bankai is timed, but Hitsugaya never corrected him, so we, as viewers, thought that was the case. But we saw after the fight with Shawlong that Toshiro's body could not handle his Bankai, just like Kenny when all the petals were gone. Another hint towards this adult form is when Toshiro said that he had achieved True Bankai after the fight with Aizen, but he must look forward to retraining the basics after losing his Bankai to Cang Du. There was also a hint towards it during the fight with Harribel. The reason why Toshiro does not like this complete form is that it is a shortcut. He has not attained enlightenment in his character arc. Byakuya's evolved Senkei might seem underwhelming compared to the other two, but it shows how he has achieved the next step in progression. His Senkei, while being effective against other foes, was also caging him in it as well, but since he knows more about himself, he is now able to use that cage on others specifically. I can't express how much I love that Orihime Ichigo moment. Their arcs, coinciding for a long time, finally culminate at this point. It is so good. The way the shine came back to Orihime's eyes when Ichigo assured her was perfection. Then there's another great moment when Ichigo says he is still not able to call out this form at will. This shows that self-actualisation is a constant journey and there are no end points to it. The anime is cooking yet again with the meta elements. The first episode ends at the very moment when Ichigo cuts through the story (as Yhwach has become one with the narrative). Additional info that was in the manga: Since Ichigo is zen at the moment and there's balance within his soul, he absorbed Yhwach's Quincy spiritual pressure to unbalance it, thereby releasing the Hollow outside, hence the form. The poem at the end of the first episode between Ichigo and Orihime mirrors Isshin's and Masaki's poem in Cour 1. The second episode is legit peak. I would HIGHLY recommend not taking anything from people to understand what happened here for now, and let the rest of the episodes naturally show it to you. Can't go on about the details of why that is the case, but for those who have read the manga (without spoiling), this is like THAT page-turn moment. Kubo doubled down on what he wrote and gave us yet another moment like that. This madlad. He's honestly scolding those who try to rewrite his manga. But at the same time, he's also giving those who misunderstood the series a chance to actually understand the message he is trying to convey with his story. There are a lot of "reverse elitist" mindsets within the Bleach community where they downplay the manga. Kubo is doing something based on that aspect, which is yet again meta. As for the content itself, there are a lot of good things here, like Ichigo looking like he's crucified in his Horn of Salvation form or Orihime awakening her Fullbring potential to deal with Yhwach, which is something Ginjo did to Ichigo in that arc to help him survive. That's why I believe Orihime achieved enlightenment in her character arc here, as it is not a sacrifice. The sacrifice bit was an unintended consequence of her Fullbring awakening. This is even shown when Yhwach kicked Ichigo at Orihime to waver her, but she went past Ichigo, showing that she has grown past her need to protect Ichigo. Orihime insta-healed Ichigo after he got beheaded, too. The Orihime-Masaki parallels as well. Also, this last bit is something different. It is a view that I share about fiction in general. While there would be cases where I would want something from a series, I would not be affected if it delivers something else entirely, as long as it sticks to its own core. If that is not the case, I would be putting a lid on creativity, since it is essentially wanting fiction to follow a certain formula. This is because you'll be sharing the same sentiment for a different series and expecting the same thing in there, even if two series would be telling a story about two different things.

The Almighty is part of the Soul King's powers. Yhwach just don't have the entirety of the Almighty as it is with Jugram. A portion of it remains with Haschwalth which is the reason why he can't put it to full use.
