Looks like your bottlenecking at your gpu memory? Have you enabled resizable BAR to allow full vram access to your cpu? Or maybe it’s a power supply issue? I might be sounding stupid here, computers aren’t my forte

No, the GPU is being used and VRAM fully, if you ever step into RAM, you will get 10-100x decrease in rendering/ processing speed. This screenshot is just to explain that I have my GPU fully loaded and I can't beat physics :) So no issues, it is just a working GPU :)
