A bigger story to make it more of a visual novel. More character development too. More varied dialog lines too. I'd be fine with fewer renders and more of a visual novel approach to characters and backgrounds so backgrounds rendered separately with characters overlaid on top. This way you can have a bunch of different expressions and poses for the characters you can continuously reuse for dialog.

Also MC could be a scientist who is studying the human body and is specifically studying the stomach and the digestive system when under stress from lots of food and what certain types of food do to the body. Dating could also be a thing as well as multiple dialog lines for each character that determines the route you go with them. Maybe in one it's strictly a work relationship but for others it could be more personal with the correct dialog choices. Getting to know the girls better could be a part. Of course I'd keep the number low to about 3 girls so you could continuously add new girls in later updates

Also some new unique dialog for each of the girls based on how stuffed they are so each girl should have different lines when stuffed based on personality. Also This dialog could change based on their attitude towards the player which is determined by their thoughts on them. So just meeting them will have different dialog vs them being very affectionate towards the MC vs them only being there for the money for research
