Would you guys prefer a render with skin details but grainy or a render with no noise but the skin details are almost washed out? 

I'm struggling to finish my renders due how much time each image is taking. I'm getting grain even after rendering for 30 minutes. I can reduce it to 20 minutes but I'll have to sacrifice texture details.
