リクエストの件について-Regarding your request- (Patreon)

先日お知らせしたリクエストの件について方針を決定いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

また、検討していた問題点についてもお知らせとお願いがあります。最後まで目を通すようにお願いいたします。

まず結論からお話させていただきます。

注意）

以下の内容は2024年12月から適用いたします。

11月のリクエスト権を2件使用済みの方は、12月に入ってから以下の内容に沿ったリクエストをお願いします。

①リクエストは最大2件まで可能、2件中1件目が投稿された時点で1件分のリクエスト権が復活。

 （常に2件までリクエストをすることができます。）

②2件のリクエストの中に七瀬家のメンバーが含まれる場合、1件は夜の投稿に使わせていただく場合がある。

 （夜の投稿に使用するかどうかは私が決めますので、夜の投稿にして欲しいなどのリクエストはご遠慮ください。）

以上　①と②　両方を組み合わせた運用を今後の方針とさせていただきます。

以下、詳細と問題点に対するお知らせとお願いになります。

まず、DMやコメントでご意見をくださった方々ありがとうございました。

たくさん悩み考えましたが、一旦このような方針とさせていただきました。

基本的にはこの方法で続けてみて、また問題があれば変更をかけるかもしれません。その場合はお知らせいたします。

さて、問題点についてですが

当然ではあったのですが、この手法を取ったところでリクエストをお待ちいただく時間にそこまで変化が無いことがわかりました。

1日に1件のリクエスト投稿なので、どう頑張っても1ヶ月に処理できる件数は約30件です。（実際はもう少し少ない）

1人2件のため、人数で換算すると約15人です。現状リクエストをしてくださる方はそれ以上いらっしゃいます。

今後ゴールドプラン以上の方が増えるかどうかは予測できませんが、人数が増えるたびにリクエストの件数も増えますので、一人ひとりの投稿に時間がかかるようになります。

よく考えてみれば当たり前でした。見積もりが甘く申し訳ありません。

なのでリクエストをしてくださる皆様にお願いがあります。

リクエストの投稿には相変わらずお時間がかかりお待たせしてしまうことをご了承ください。

リクエストを頂いた順番にExcelにて全て管理していますので抜けは無いはずです。

どうしても気になる際にはメッセージにてご質問ください。その時点での投稿予定日をお知らせいたします。

We would like to inform you that we have decided on a policy regarding the request we recently informed you about.

We also have an announcement and a request regarding the issues we were considering. Please read through to the end.

Let me start with a conclusion.

The following content will be applied from December 2024.

If you have already used your two request rights in November, please make a request in December according to the following content.

① A maximum of two requests can be made, and once the first of the two has been posted, the right to make one request will be reinstated.

(You can make up to two requests at any one time.)

② If two requests include a member of the Nanase family, one may be used for an evening post.

(I will decide whether or not to use one for an evening post, so please refrain from requesting that it be posted at night.)

A combination of both ① and ② will be our future policy.

Below are the details and information regarding the issues.

First of all, thank you to all those who have given me feedback through DMs and comments.

We have thought about it a lot and have decided to follow this policy for now.

Basically, we will continue with this policy, and if there are any problems, we may make some changes. If so, we will let you know.

Now, about the problem.

It was obvious, but we found that this approach did not make that much difference in the time we had to wait for requests.

With one request submitted per day, no matter how hard we try, we can only process about 30 requests per month. (Actually, a little less.)

Since each person submits two requests, the number of people is about 15. Currently, we have more than that number of people submitting requests.

We cannot predict whether the number of people on the Gold Plan or higher will increase in the future, but as the number of requests increases with the number of users, it will take longer for each person to submit a request.

It was obvious if you think about it. I apologize for being so naive in my estimate.

So I have a request for all of you who make requests.

Please understand that it still takes a long time to post requests, so please be patient.

We are managing all requests in Excel in the order we receive them, so there should be no omissions.
